Our Technolutionary Assist product is designed to provide easy access to our help desk and support team, as well as provide background monitoring of your individual Apple, Windows and Linux installations to be proactive and discover problems before they become show-stoppers for your staff. Using Technolutionary Assist, we can monitor your computer backups, hard drive and computer health, and keep an eye out for Malware and Spyware.

Our Technolutionary Update patch management solution provides a way to keep your staff's machines up-to-date with the latest software to prevent security problems, as well as provision new machines in a standardized fashion. Technolutionary Update is managed by our staff, and backed up by high availability partners with content delivery networks to ensure that your users can always stay up to date wherever they happen to be working.

With either of our Managed Service plans, we offer 1-hour reply times for new tickets, allowing your business to never be far from good help.
